Go underneath and make sure your water supply and drain are adequately insulated. -I wrap an electric thermal tape around my incoming water, as well as foam wrap over that, and tape it. Make sure all skirting is secure. Put insulation batts around hot tank, especially on outside wall side. Go on roof and inspect for loose tile or vents. Make sure all rain gutters are secure and down pipes are attached. Inside, if you have any single pane Windows, fit a poly insulation kit over them, Inspect exterior doors for tight fit, no drafts.
