What does a 12 year old boy consider hot in a girl?

In my opinion, very little in the sense you are asking. Boys that age usually aren't old enough to think in those terms. Girls are either someone to tease (bad) or just another kid (good). When I was that age the interesting girls were the intelligent ones that I could discuss things with and were fun to play with.
