Why can't you vote in absolute monarchy?

The Monarchy is Head of State, Head of Government and exercises absolute control over the State and its people. There are no restrictions attached to the rule of the Monarchy. The system is Autocratic where supreme power is concentrated in the hands of one person, so that democracy through the vote is officially not available
