Can you smoke just marijuana out of a hookah?

Hookahs are most commonly used for marijuana in this country, but are used for tobacco in other parts of the world -- less than they used to be, now that cigarettes are available worldwide. The biggest advantage of a hookah is cooling the smoke and removing some of the bite.
