Why are there wet floor tiles next to the bathtub since this area is not near where the tub drains?

if you have a child it could be him/her splashing, if it is a shower/tub it could be hitting somthing bounceing the water there, and it could be some thing else letting out water, the water from that could run along a beam under your floor tiles and going there your tiles (yes, water can go through stone/bricks that's why stone/bricks chip partly.)
