Will a 1999 5.7 4L60E Yukon Transmission interchange with a 1999 5.3 4L60E Silverado Transmission?

No it will not bolt up to the engine. The 99 5.3L is the new designed engine and it is all different. You must stay below the early month of 1999 to get a transmission to fit the 99 5.7L engine.
