Your green cheek conure bites you but not your husband?

Is the bird male or female? If the bird is male, it is more a matter of disipline than likeableness. If the bird is female- think for a minute. Imagine many women, you unmarried and they too, and one male. Also, if the bird is between 2-3 1/2, then it is at a nippy stage. If it is new, it may be a bad habbit. Or stress. Or how you treat it.
