How do you get the Magnet Train Pass for Pokemon Silver?

Find "Copycat" who lives in Saffron City and is located below the Magnet train. Enter the house and talk to her. She will tell you she lost her Favorite Doll. Go to Vermillion City and talk to the Guy next to the Clefairy in the Poke club. He will give you The Clefairy (Pokedoll). Go back to Saffron City and talk to Copycat again, this time she will Thank You and show you prove that that is her Pokedoll . She then gives you the Magnet Train Pass.
