Sometimes, but it can also mean they are just acting like boys in front of their friends.

Try ignoring him.....he will either stop teasing and leave you alone or will ask you if he hurt your feelings.
If he asks you if your feelings are hurt, that usually means he cares which will tell you he probably likes you.
