What should you do to a Honda 4-wheeler that has been sitting for 2 years?

hopefully you set it up for storage.

if not... You need to drain all the gas out of it, put a cup of new and let it drain.

I would change the oil.

change the differential oil.

put new gas in it.

if it will not fire you may need to clean the carb.
