How do you use a ball capsule on Pokemon pearl?

First you have to go to a Poke-Center or somewhere with a PC. Then you go into Your PC (ex. Ralli's PC) and go to Ball Capsules. Then you click on a Pokemon and then drop and drag the seals onto the ball. You can also preview your new and improved poke-ball.
