How do you remove a stock stereo from a 2005 accord?

You have to remove the vents from the top of the dashboard by pulling towards you and up. Pop off the shifter trim (pull up) Then remove the cointray (pop it out with a screwdriver) and the two screws below it. Remove the two screws holding in the storage compartment and remove that too. Once you get that out you can remove the two 8mm bolts from the bottom of the radio. Then you just have to pull the radio out from it's clips. But beware the aftermarket radio and a/c controls are garbage.
