How can you make your sims mood go full on The Sims 2?

Go on the neighborhood and enter the cheat window. Ctrl+Shift+C and enter boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true and you can improve his/her mood and you can make his/her relationship with other sims go up. or just enter in the cheat window maxMotives =) for more info you can search on YouTube.
