Do they thin hair with a razor cut?

One can thin with a razor cut, depending on how the stylist uses it. Thinning shears are another way, but becareful!!!!!most stylists use them wrong. If cut closer to the scalp area it creates volume, thus, appearing "thicker", some stylists use them too far to the ends, thus, creating a textured look. Similar rules apply for the razor. Also, make sure your stylist is using the razor when your hair is wet so it is even and not tearing your hair. GOOD LUCK!
