How does the sperm affect an unborn baby if the dad smokes marijuana?

The usage of Marijuana temporarily restricts a man's ability to create sperm. A man who smokes Marijuana would be less likely to conceive a child than a man who didn't but once a child was concieved it wouldn't be affected by the marijuana.

Marajuana does not restrict the mans ability to create sperm. where are you getting your sources?
