How do you turn off your wep key on your wireless modem?

Just use up ur wifi router modem settings .

1.) Connect to that wifi router for which u want to turn off key on you wifi modem .

2.) Open any Browser like Mozilla Firefox , There enter you gateway ip address .

3.) Default it is 192.168.1.1 .

4.) Just Enter & hit Enter .

5.) Thereafter in settings page u can turn off your wep key encryption .

OR

1.) Simply go to "devices and Printers" In Control Panel Options .

2.) RIght click on your wifi modem & thereafter under Advanced Tab , You can Uncheck the option Wep Encryption .

Note : There may be different-different Methods to do this , depending on your Operatin System , Wifi Router , PassWord Protections & Upon Some Conditions .
