Who sang Come on Eileen?

The song is about the lead singer's relationship with a childhood friend. Though regrettably, as they grew up, their love for each other grew from platonic to a lust, which he sings about. The lyrics "You in that dress, oh, my thoughts I confess, verge on dirty," imply that he's feeling a sexual attraction to this. However, through the song, he talks about how she's grown up, and become clever, ("you've grown, so grown," and "we are far too young and clever,") and that he now is sexually attracted to her, and his past sibling-like feelings are gone.
