Why would Harry and David be shipping fresh fruit sealed inside of noxious varnished baskets which emit horrible fumes that permeate the fruits flavors and say Made in China?

Until about 10 years ago, the baskets were woven in Medford, Oregon by Harry and David employees. Unfortunately, the chase for greater profits led to the decision to purchase baskets from overseas.
