Who do you most admire in Pride and Prejudice and who do you most dislike?

I admire Elizabeth the most in Pride and Prejudice. She's smart, intelligent, strong-willed, have a mind of her own and doesn't conform to society's expectations, which is what makes her so attractive.

I dislike Wickham the most. he's too much of a sweet talker and I don't like the fact that he goes around lying and is merely trying to hook up to a rich girl through marriage in order to climb up the social ladder. I agree that Elizabeth is the character I most admire, but I think I dislike Caroline Bingley the most because she is two-faced and scheming. She patronisingly befriends Jane for want of any 'better' society but is then cold and distant when Jane travels all the way to London to see her, and persuades her brother not to marry Jane even though he is so deeply in love with her. Caroline and her sister Louisa Hurst are also far too preoccupied with wealth and social status, so they do not take kindly to Elizabeth Bennet because she cares so little for these trivial matters.
