It depends on how you look at it. There are subtle glances between them, like in Dodgebrawl. In "Dodgebrawl", Cody looks nervous when he has to sit next to Noah, but the next time he looks annoyed and the third time he was glaring at Noah. In Total Drama Action, they always sit next to eachother. In the them song videos Duncan sits next to Courtney (relationship), Trent sits next to Gwen (relationship), Bridgette sits next to Geoff (relationship), and Cody sits next to Noah.
