Farewell speech to nursing students who are leaving?

When writing the speech, just think of all the good times that you may have had with the students. Make sure it's heartfelt and genuine and maybe say something like "good luck in the near future" and "I remember when... {insert happy moment here}". You may want to add "You were students who showed intelligence and/or determination" or something like that. Think really hard, it should hopefully all come together!
