Is Conrad Murray dead

I think Dr. Conrad Murray should go to jail for Michael's death because at the time when another person called 911, he was bagging up and hiding the medicine. The reason why that they are charging the doctor with manslaughter and not murder is to prevent them from losing the case due to there not being enough evidence. And they can't try him twice for the same crime because of the double jeopardy rule in the constitution.
