Is bleach hair can be covered by other color?

This question doesn't exactly make much sense, but I'll attempt to answer it. I'm guessing that you're asking if you can cover bleached hair with another colour?
If I am correct than, no. I had a friend who had done that and her hair turned a weird brown-ish/gray. If you want to change your hair colour, go to a professional. It will be 100x better.
