See surface piercings are technically difficult piercings there are a couple ofdifferent ways to pierce them to get them to stay (not migrate). Depending on how yours was done, that will dictate what jewellery you can have in the piercing that will minimize the chances of migration. The punch and taper method has proven to be the most successful method holding the best over all results and the method I have chosen to use for surface work.
