Of course this depends on the substance and the consumption, but it basically can. If you have been sniffing a gram coke a day in the past 5 years I'd maybe do a test. If you're a pothead and do coke every two months it's improbable that you got infertile, but it might take a little longer...

Don't do coke during pregnancy though!

As long it's not vicodine or some bad stuff, painkillers is not a problem.
