Where can someone get information on how to transfer items from their iPod to a computer?

The iTunes software is used to manage files on the iPod. With the iPOd connected to the computer launch iTunes. The iPod will be listed in the left hand panel under devices. Select the iPod and then you can manage what files you want on the iPod from the right hand panel.
