How do seahorses slep?

Seahorses have a unique way of sleeping; they often anchor themselves to seagrass or coral using their prehensile tails to avoid being swept away by currents. They typically sleep at night and may enter a state of rest where their heart rate slows down, but they remain semi-alert to potential predators. Unlike many fish, seahorses do not have eyelids, so their eyes can still move independently while they rest.
