Does groudon evolve

Groudon can evolve into Ind at level 55.It only works in ruby,emerald,or sapphire when you get a lava stone to make it evolve.You can get the lava stone after you beat the elite four.Before you battle steven,talk to drake again.he will give you the lava stone.make sure your groudon is still at level 55 when you get it or it wont evolve.
