Can kids have gel nails

Depending upon where you go to get the gel nails for your daughter, I would say yes. If you go to a shop that is cheap; where they do not understand the English language; where they use files, buffers and all implements from client to client without sanitizing in a hospital grade disinfectant, then it is NOT safe for your 12 year old. You will spend more money if you go to a REPUTABLE salon, but you will know that your daughter is not going to wind up with an infection of some sort. Think MRSA right now. Also, you need to know if it is TRUE gel product. Many discount shops say they are gel when it really is not.
