Would the US have remained neutral if the Zimmerman telegram had not been revealed?

Most likely due to the fact that there were many people in the United States at that time who favored neutrality. That telegraph was just a tipping point to throw us into the war. Many actually think that the telegraph was a fake due to the fact that there were many people in congress who actually wanted to go to war instead of staying neutral. this was mostly due to the fact that the war was ending and it was clearly in the allied forces favor and the U.S wanted to mop up the Germans and be the hero and possible get land in the deal.
