It is possible to lose 10 pounds in a few days but most of it would be water weight. So it would return as soon as you rehydrated. weight is is horrible measurement for the human body you can drop 3 dress sizes and never lose a pound by converting fat to muscle and the gained muscle will help keep the fat off.
