- Sign in to Xbox LIVE by using the profile for which you want to remove a pass code.
- In the My Xbox area of the Dashboard, select your profile.
- Select Manage Account, and then press the Abutton to select Xbox LIVE Pass Code.
- Enter your existing Xbox LIVE pass code.
- When you are prompted to make a change, press the Abutton to clear the pass code.
- Confirm that you want to remove the pass code.
