Why does my Instapot say "burn food" when I try to cook with it?

Your Instapot may display the message "burn food" when it detects that the food is sticking to the bottom of the pot or there isn't enough liquid to create steam for pressure cooking. This can prevent the food from cooking properly and may lead to burning.
