Is the Belgian Shepherd Dog intelligent?

If you are talking about the breed in general then sorry, but no. However it is one of them. The collie seems to be called the most intelligent at this time (excluding crossbreeds). If you mean individual dogs then it varies- some German Shepherd are highly intelligent, probably more than many collies etc but studies show different.
