Can you view the old Club Penguin catalogs?

You can't really. If it was Nonseasonal, then you have to check the catalogues for secrets or if they continue it. If it is SEASONAL, then you gotta come back on the day on the season. For Example, Fred finds reindeer ears in the 2009 catalogue but can't afford it. He finally can, but its after Christmas and he can't get it. He waits until 2010 Christmas until he can get again. This might not work though.
