Where can you get a copy of your forklift license?

You should be able to get a copy of your certificate from your training provider. We are required to keep records of all trainees for 5 years.

If you were trained in the UK by an RTITB accredited organisation then you may have been registered on NORS. They should be able to supply a copy of your qualification for a small administration charge.
