Hola senor/senora/senorita (apilledo). Como esta usted?

¡Buenos dias señor (man)/señora (married woman)/señorita (un-married woman) + last name! ¡Buenos dias señor Smith!

or you could just say hola or hi if you feel like it otherwise you could say what the first person says
