Why doesnt your ball python come out during the day?

Ball Pythons are nocturnal animals. They will most likely sleep (although their eyes don't close, they do sleep) during the day, and become active at night. Often, I will hear my Ball making noises during the night, and when I turn the light on to see what he's up to, he'll be moving around and exploring. So, don't worry if a Ball Python doesn't come out of its hide during the daytime; it's just taking a rest.
