Can you share your own medical records obtained from doctors or hospitals publicly?

Yes. After proper authorization by the hospital to release your information to you, you own this information and can do with it what you please. If you feel that you have suffered an adverse event that may require litigation, a hospital can not legally withhold any personal information in order to prevent "discovery" by your lawyers or to protect their liability.
