Who is or was the world's youngest mother?

The worlds youngest mother was Lina Medina, from Peru. She was just 5 years, 7 months, and 17 days old when she gave birth to her son.

She had gone through precocious puberty, and she had her first period at just 8 months old. She was taken into hospital with what was believed to be a tumor in her stomach but it was discovered that she was 7 months pregnant - she gave birth to her son in 1939 via cesarean section.

Because she was too young to understand what had happened to her she was unable to tell anyone who the father of her baby was, so whoever raped her went unpunished.
