Can anybody tell why when i start car up when it is coldi can hear a grinding noise in or around the gear box but goes away when warm or you put the clutch in thanks?

Hi, in cold wether in winter the gerabox oil's Concentration increase and movement of gear's dificullt than warm wehther.

when the wether become warmer and the temperatur of engine increase the oil's heat.
