Why it is not advisable to remove cylinder head when it is hot?

besides burning yourself, the antifreeze can burn you too. But never try and undo headbolts on a dead cold engine either if you can help it. Room temperature is best to 100 degrees. Bolts can really seize at low temps and besides burning yourself good i know of know other reason .
