Who is Blackstar in Warrior cats?

Blackstar is the Leader of ShadowClan, and his name as a Warrior was Blackfoot. He was actually deputy for Brokenstar in the first series, but when Brokenstar was driven, he was also. He was made deputy again under Tigerstar, and became leader after his death.
