Is the word 'gorgeous' only used to describe girls?

I reckon its used for both, it shouldn't be used as just a Word for girls or just boys, but then again neither should it be used just to describe people (: ? 'gorgeous' is an adjective that can be used to describe lots of things, like a gorgeous car, gorgeous view, gorgeous house, gorgeous sunset, etc.
