If I were to eat cereal in the morning bounce on the trampoline for 20 mins perday walk for 20 mins 3 times a week and jog for 30 minutes 3 times a week how much weight would I lose in 4 weeks?

this all depends on your metabolism and how motivated you really are to lose weigh. i would be happy to lose 5 punds so its really easy but you will prollyy lose about 4 to 8 pounds in a minimum of 6 to 8 dats
