Majority of big, well known companies used help desk solutions. These are basically ways in which, if people are stuck, they can contact the help desk for more advice and what to do about their situation. Many big supermarkets such as Sainsburys; Tesco; Morrisons, all have help desks in store, this is so if you have an issue which can be solved, you go and see them rather than disrupt the people who are working on the tills.
