Are you asking so you'll have data to back up convincing your loved one(s) to not do drugs and drink alcohol? Generally speaking, if you consume large quantities of alcohol and illicit drugs your judgment, awareness and decision making will be impaired (if you're still conscious) and they will disappear if you are unconscious or dead.
