Did the Ameda Purely Yours breast pump get good reviews?

There are many reviews on the Ameda Purely Yours breast pump. Unfortunetly, it has been met with the most favorable reviews. It doesn't seem to get enough flow for milk. But it's solely base on a couple of extreme opinions.
