As of October 2023, the world's largest pumpkin was grown in Italy by Stefano Cutrupi. It weighed an impressive 2,703 pounds (1,226 kg). This remarkable pumpkin was showcased at the 2021 Italian Pumpkin Festival in Pezzolo Valle Uzzone, setting a new record for giant pumpkins.
