In princess protection program who gets nominated for homecoming queen?

In princess protection program, Rosie nominates Carter, for Homecoming, and in the end at the dance when everyone crowns Rosie as homecoming queen, Rosie gives her crown to Carter, because she thought she deserved it. The other girls running for homecoming were Chelsea with the no doubt assistant Brooke, and Rosie, the princess herself.
